This product is not suitable for cakes or pastries. You can only do bread with that. I tried to make a pastry dish with this flour but the dough became very hard. We could not eat it. Then I tried to bake a cake with that flour. But it did not bake despite it stayed almost one hour in the oven. If you are planning to bake cakes and pastries do not try them with this flour. Get normal plain white all-purpose flour. White flour is best!
