Rice Flour, is a white flour made from finely ground rice. As naturally gluten free, it’s very popular among those have celiac disease as a substitute for regular wheat flour. Also is colorless when mixed with water, so it’s especially useful for thickening clear liquids e.g beverages & sauces.
Way to use Rice Flour
You can use rice our, instead of regular white our in your every recipe, as the result resembling wheat flour! With rice flour, you can create crumbly pastries both savoury and sweet ones, such as bread, crackers, pancakes, crepes, crispbreads and also milk puddings and creme caramel 🙂
