Clearspring Miso Soup is a full flavoured, instant miso soup made from Japanese organic miso. The addition of wakame, kombu sea vegetables(seaweed) and spring onions give the soup a further depth of flavour. Just add hot, boiling water to the powder in cup or a bowl and stir. The seaweed and onions will absorb the water and become softened after a minute or so. Then it is ready to eat. Try chopping some raw carrot or celery into the soup for an extra healthy crunch!
