Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@goodnessfoods.co.uk. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food items)
- Custom or special order products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@goodnessfoods.co.uk.
